Cancelation, Refund and Returns Policy
At Nayamart, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

- If your order is already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Order Cancellation by Nayamart:
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability or payment issues.
- In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Certain items, such as perishables, personal care products, and customized items, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit our Returns Center on the website or email us at admin@nayamart.pk.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds are provided for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or not as described.
- Partial refunds may apply if the returned item shows signs of use or is missing accessories.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software and digital products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food and flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., makeup and skincare)
- Customized or personalized items
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
