7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Warranty Claims & Damaged Items
For tech components, ergonomic hardware, and display accessories, we offer a dedicated quality replacement guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or experiences issues covered under warranty, please contact us immediately at hello@nayamart.pk with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Send an email to hello@nayamart.pk stating your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Our customer success team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- Once approved, you can package the product securely and ship it back to our Faisalabad return center.
- After inspecting the product, your exchange item will be dispatched or a refund processed to your Bank/EasyPaisa account.

Who pays for shipping on returns and exchanges?All shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be borne by the client. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our Faisalabad return center.
