2. Pricing and Product Representation
We work meticulously to present high-fidelity photos, detailed descriptions, and exact pricing. However, pricing errors or graphical discrepancies can happen. In the event of a listing error, NayaMart.pk reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund to the customer.
3. Order Acceptance Policy
Your order receipt confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to verify buyer identities, check shipping address validity, and limit purchase quantities prior to final shipment authorization.
4. Warranty and Quality Declarations
All technical components, accessories, and memory devices are thoroughly tested for quality assurance. In the case of defects, customers are fully covered by our 7-day returns and replacement policies.
